Wispy premade fans are here! These beautiful fans add texture to your sets, you can use all wispy fans or combine with your favourite standard fans for different looks. Made using 0.05 lashes.
There is approximately 720 fans per box!
Top tip: once applied, brush the set from underneath to keep the wisps looking their best.
