Product Orders

All items ordered will be dispatched within 3 working days unless stated otherwise, however items are usually dispatched sooner than this.

Payment is required before dispatch.

Delivery options are available during checkout, standard delivery is to mainland UK only. International delivery is available, please allow longer for this. Jennifer Rose is not liable for any additional fees or taxes such as import taxes.

In the event you would like to return your product/s please notify jrlashacademy@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, you then have a further 14 days to have the products returned for a refund - postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Some products cannot be returned/exchanged unless faulty, this is for hygiene reasons and will be stated on the product listing.

Referral Programme

You will receive a personalised referral code which can be shared when recommending our products and this gives the new customer 10% off their order. This code is NOT to be used on your own orders. For the 1st client you refer you will receive a 10% discount code, for your 2nd referral you will receive a 15% code and for your 3rd referral you will receive a 20% code. Every time you receive a new code your previous one will expire. For example, when you get your 20% off code, your 15% code will expire. Every time you place an order using a referral code your balance will restart and you start earning your discount again. For example, if you place an order with a 15% off code, your next referral will then earn you a 10% off code and you can start to re-build your discount with more referrals. 

Jennifer Rose has the right to change or remove this offer at any time. This deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Course Bookings

All course bookings are subject to full payment upfront via bank transfer or a payment plan set up with PayPal, due to instant access to training materials. Course fees are non refundable, terms and conditions are stated within the student registration form which you are sent separately.

Appointments

All full sets of lashes and Lash Lifts are subject to a 'Booking Fee', this is non refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date as long as 48 hours notice is given to move the appointment.
