These fans are PERFECT for your clients with finer, shorter lashes. Premade fans are traditionally made to suit average and healthy natural lashes, which has meant personally I have some clients I can't use them on...until now! Made using 0.03 lashes these are ultra lightweight. There's approximately 900 fans per box too!
