LASH AFTER CARE

- Please attend all lash appointments free of make up on and around your eyes. No products should be used on your lashes the day of your appointment as these could absorb into your lashes.

- Avoid hot and steamy environments for 24-48hrs after your appointment (e.g. steam rooms).

-Do not apply mascara/eyeliner to your upper lashes.

- Cleanse your lashes EVERY DAY before bed. This needs to be done with a specific lash cleanser, sachets (£2 each) and bottles (£14 each) are available to purchase - only a tiny amount needs to be used so these products will last you a long time. Cleansing brushes are provided free of charge at each full set appointment.

- Avoid products around your lashes, oily products especially.

- We shed 2-5 lashes from each eye every day, infills are required roughly every 3 weeks.

48 hour cancellation policy for appointments (not including training) - All appointments you wish to cancel or reschedule must be done at least 48hours before your booking. For those which aren't cancelled before this time a 50% appointment charge will be due. Any 'no shows' or same day cancellations will be charged full price as we will be unable to book in any other client at such short notice. Please note this will be applicable to all clients. Thank you
